Telugu

Telugu cinema went pan-India with Bāhubali: The Beginning and Bāhubali 2: The Conclusion, S.S. Rajamouli's two-part epic. His RRR followed, with the song that won an Oscar. Allu Arjun's Pushpa: The Rise and Pushpa 2 - The Rule became two of the biggest hits of their years, and Prabhas returned in Salaar: Part 1 - Ceasefire and the science-fiction epic Kalki 2898-AD.

Tamil

Rajinikanth leads Jailer and Coolie, Vijay leads Leo, and Kamal Haasan leads Vikram, three of the biggest Tamil films of the decade. All four come with Hindi and other Indian language versions on most services.

Kannada and Malayalam

From Kannada, K.G.F: Chapter 1 and K.G.F: Chapter 2 made Yash a star across India, and Rishab Shetty's Kantara and Kantara - A Legend: Chapter 1 brought coastal Karnataka's folk gods to the big screen. From Malayalam, Manjummel Boys tells the true story of a cave rescue, and Lokah Chapter 1: Chandra starts a superhero universe.
